Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
